  • Load indicator washers is a direct tension indicator,
  • Used in the installation of High Strength Structural Bolts,
  • Load Indicator Washer has protrusions on one face,
  • To use insert between the bolt head and he gripped material with the protrusions bearing against the bolt head leaving a gap. Upon tightening the protrusions are partially flattened and the gap is reduced. Bolt tension is evaluated by observing the residual gap.
  • Tension should be confirmed using a feeler gauge,
